I ordered 2 chicken dönner and they gave me lamb, which I don't eat. When I called to complain, the woman working was extremely rude - talking over me, telling me to go and complain there when they were shutting in five minutes etc. She also hung up on me. Aside from that, the food is bad. It came cold, chips were soggy and the meat gristly and wet with grease. I will be looking elsewhere in future and suggest everyone else should too

Nice food good customer service but just dont order a donner they cut it put in the tin its not hot n fresh i asked for it hot second time it happend other than that its a nice kebab but NOT DONNER

Just ordered from this kebab shop and they got my order wrong. I asked for a kebab wrap but got delivered a kebab with naan bread. I even asked for salad and I did not receive this. I called in to order through the phone to make my order coherent and clear. I called in to talk to the lady who took my order and she was completely rude and hung up the phone on me. She refused to speak to me after i called again. I had some really high expectations of Efes, however, today has really messed things up with my perception of the company. Her attitude was rude, foul and disgusting. and it will be a long time, if ever again i order from this takeaway again.
