Excellent service from Dan. Exchanged my previous car for a Ford C Max and for the whole process Dan was nothing but professional, polite, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went above and beyond including having the new car delivered to my house. An absolute gent and a credit to your company.
Chris was fantastic to deal with, not at all pushy and was the reason I came back to Ford after test driving cars at different dealers in Salisbury. He explained all I needed to know at every stage including delivery of the car and phoning a couple of days later to make sure everything was ok.
I needed to take back a part for a refund as it wasn't required, I went in and no parts man, I was told only he can refund said part and Nobody was interested. I said if there Is no parts man how are the workshops being issued parts ? A girls then said I would have to come back to see him as he's not in. No clue when he's back too. She sent me to Highpost.went to Highpost and they couldn't refund it, saying it has to be the person at Edwards who sold the parts !? Waste of time poor service and nobody was interested start to finish
My sales rep was Tom Spurrier and was totally amazing. Knowledge and helpfulness in abundance. Now I own my dream car, follow up conversations for any issues have all been resolved. Totally recommend Edwards Ford Salisbury for all your Ford needs. Thank you
