Richard treated me for a spinal injury and I have greatly appreciated his care and professionalism. He worked with me to ensure that my treatment was getting me towards my recovery goals. The setting itself is lovely and clean, and Richard made me feel instantly at ease.

I sustained a bad ankle injury playing basketball and Richard played an instrumental role in my recovery. He understood exactly what treatment was required and was honest when determining how many physio sessions I needed, assuring me that only once per week/fortnight was sufficient. During each session he loosened up my ankle and guided me through some progressively dynamic exercises to strengthen my ankle, that I was to perform at home. Under Richard's knowledgeable and candid guidance, the recovery process progressed extremely quickly. I would highly recommend Richard to anyone in need of a caring, sincere and efficient physiotherapist.

Had a very bad back pain which was stopping me from my trainings and everyday tasks. Richard identify the problem very quickly and I felt the difference after the first session! Three sessions and some excercises later I'm back to full training, playing sport in a district league and life without pain.
If you look for a physio, Richard -  with his great knowledge and experience - is the one who will help you! I definitely recommend him!

Would highly recommend Richard for his friendly manner and professional approach.  He also took time to send email with video of exercises covered during the sessions which were very useful.

Really good work by Richard here who has identified and helped me to understand my old injuries and prevent them causing other issues. Very knowledgeable and professional
