Recently gotten injured and as a dancer it is paramount I take care of myself. Couldn't have received better care from these guys and I am well on my way to being back stronger than ever

Our family have used Physis for over 10 years for a range of sporting injuries, shoulder, neck and knee problems.  This has included both my wife and me and my rugby playing sons ( one a professional player).
The consultations and treatments have consistently been of the highest standard and always dealt with the injury very effectively.  The staff are welcoming, helpful and have fitted in 'emergency' appointments when these were required.  They have also developed a network of support professionals/specialists when further consultation or diagnosis (MRI scans for example) have been required.
We would strongly recommend Physis to anyone who has a soft tissue injury of any kind - whether sporting,  the result of an accident, recovering from surgery/medical treatment or simply wear and tear.  
First class physiotherapists and treatments otherwise we would not have kept on using them!

I was referred to Physis for a long standing lower back problem that had curtailed my activities and enjoyment of the outdoors for several months. Essentially I was looking for a different approach to the problem and was lucky enough to get Morag as my  Physio. 
Right from the start she set me up with a range of exercises to improve my mobility, strength and stablity, with the emphasis on self management of the problem. She also did  a follow up referral to my GP.
She is professional and thorough in her approach and, thanks to her, I have the confidence to resume my running and orienteering with strategies to manage any post exercise niggles. 
I highly recommend her.

Big thanks to Mark Thompson and the guys at Physis for helping me with a pain in my shoulde I have had for a while. With a lot of patience, some good strethces and a weekly massage i have not got full mobility and am pain free. Thanks again.
