Fab charity store for buying second hand furniture especially in current times, The charity also support vulnerable young people helping to set them up in a safe environment. All stuff for sale is checked and is in a very good condition. Prices are very fair. There is Disabled parking as well as ordinary parking available. They also deliver to your home at a fair price.
EFI is back open and a fantastic place to buy furniture, purchase other household essentials, or just browse for an afternoon. The staff are super helpful and the prices reasonable. As others have said, you sometimes will find some real gems. They do deliver within Edinburgh and the surrounding area. It's also important to remember they are a charity who support people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, so it's all for a good cause. They are taking donations and doing uplift at the time of writing this. Some reviewers have commented that they don't take certain items which is understandable. They have to be able to resell them and they can't legally sell fabric without a fire tag.
Huge second hand furniture shop Biggest second hand furniture shop in edinburgh. Friendly and helpful staffs. Very big selection of furnitures and books. They offer home delivery with a small fee.
Excellent range of second hand furniture at great value
Update EFI do have parking... Just not the one I used! Be careful to use the correct one EFI is excellent but DO NOT USE THE CAR PARK. I've been fined £170 would have been £60 if I paid right away but I was hoping they would forget it for using the adjoining car park at the same address!

Love this place. Full of good quality furniture. Some electricals, CDs, dvds and books. Found a great set of Mission speakers here. Staff are polite and welcoming. Great for a wander around.
We were looking for a small side table which we were able to get at a good price and at the same time support this initiative
Lots of lovely furniture at great prices for a very good cause. Store staff very friendly and helpful. Special mention to fabulous delivery guys; they delivered two chests of drawers up three flights of stairs and were both smiling when they reached the top!!
