Oh my god... I've fallen in love with this place. The prices are insane and the quality of the items looks really great. Some actually beautiful pieces of second hand furniture and so much of it!nMe and my friend got matching le creuset pots for £1 each!! That's unbelievable!

It's all overpriced. You'd do a lot better on gumtree or Facebook marketplace. The place is rammed. I'm sure they could make some space by charging more realistic prices.
Terrible experience. Bad customer service. Will never go again.nI had bought a lovely desk for my new home and asked if I could get my moving company to pick it up on my moving date. Everything was agreed and paid in full. I had to postpone the date once and informed FOUR SQUARE and they said it was ok. I also called them 2 days before the moving date to ensure everything was fine. On the moving date when I arrived the shop, no one knew where the desk was. The lady from the counter was very rude and kept blaming me for not picked it up earlier. She also tried to call and find out where the desk was. Clearly they had no idea. However, the worst was that this lady had a very strong attitude and it was like ready for a fight. Everything I said was fought back. And even every eye movement I had, she made comment! Absolutely terrible.nnAt the end, it was located that the desk was in the warehouse in Sighthill and she said it only took 2 mins to get there. I have never seen any car taking 2 mins to get to Sighthill from Gorgie without breaking the speed limit. Luckily my moving company was good and sorted it out for me.nnYou can see in the picture that they even put a large sticker on desk and damaged the desk surface. To me, that's unprofessional.nnI understand that FOUR SQUARE is a charity and I appreciate it's initiative. However, if customers like me were treated badly with attitude, how would they some staff I believe, not all of them treat the people really in need?nnIf you only go there, buy and pay stuff without delivery, that might be ok. Anything more complicated, don't. Unless you fancy a fight with the staff.
Good selection of furniture and home goods. Decent prices and generally well looked after items.
