The guys at white ward are fabulous and I followed them on Instagram for many months before flying in from London to sit for a tattoo. The design was unique and suited me perfectly. As it was my first tattoo, Dan was calm and patient and distracted me with great conversation when he was working. It was the best experience. The shop is super clean, and everyone there was fun and positive. I have now been stopped by so many people asking who did it and where. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a first tattoo! 100% Services: Color ink tattoos
Had the best experience with White Ward Tattoo and artist Lea! @zero.zero.tattoo The consultation process via email was easy and the studio was always quick to respond. They were very friendly and detailed in their responses, and made sure you have all the information needed. The studio was clean and comfortable and all hygiene procedures were followed. Lea made me feel comfortable and took the time to walk me through the tattooing process beforehand, and made sure I was aware of the required after care. Absolutely amazing experience! This was a birthday gift for myself and it couldn’t have been better for the first tattoo experience! From warm welcoming to patient consultation about design, it all made me feel relaxed. The booking was pretty much full for the next months and no wonder, they are amazing. Hand poke was super gentle and therapeutic. I couldn’t recommend them more if you are looking for a thoughtful studio with brilliant artists in any way. Thank you so much!
Got my first hand poke tattoo experience here and I am 100% satisfied!!! The overall experience was private, pleasant and also soothing. Personally I felt it hurt less than machine tattoos I used to have. The tattoo artists here are so lovely thoughtful and warm-hearted, made my tattoo experience even better. Definitely would recommend this place and would more than love to visit again. PS: I’m from Edinburgh center, it took more than one hour bus journey, but the experience and outcome definitely worth the travel. I would love to give a 7 out of 5 rating. My absolutely fav tattoo and best tattoo experience.
I can highly recommend White Ward to anyone but especially to anyone looking for a place to get a first tattoo. Throughout the whole process they have been the most considerate and supporting, giving helpful advice while of course also respecting my wishes, making sure I was comfortable at any time and that the outcome was exactly what I wanted. Every step was taken while making sure I was being 100% sure about it. The studio they work in is clean and in a very cute house. I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful art they put onto my body and for how amazing the whole process was. The tattoo healed up super quickly and was never itchy even once. If you are looking for great artists who put their heart into their work, this is the place for you!!Service: Tattoos
Couldn't recommend White Ward enough!! My tattoos are absolutely beautiful - I wasn't sure about the colour of one of my tattoos and I got expert advice and opinion on which would work best, whilst still allowing me to make my own decision. There's so much attention to detail, genuine care and passion for creating beautiful work. Very friendly atmosphere. I felt very welcome and comfortable. They captured my vision with expertise and enthusiasm, and were such a pleasure to be around throughout the tattoo. They cultivate a calm, inviting environment and are clearly artists who really love what they do. Had 2 tattoos done yesterday at White ward and I couldn’t be happier! Daniele and Lia are both so skilled and such genuinely lovely, cool people who made me feel so relaxed throughout the whole process. I couldn't recommend this studio and the artist zero zero tattoo more! I've had a brilliant experience in terms of communication, arranging the tattoo, discussing and finalising the tattoo design done in advance of the appointment, unlike my other tattoo experience, which added positively to the overall experience, and then mainly during the appointment. The design itself is stunning and the artist was very accommodating to my needs, and was so clear and helpful in terms of expectations. It's been a week now and the piece is healing well and looks better by the day. The linework, colour, design and precision is fantastic and I'll again come back to the brilliant approach of the studio and the artist. I've had communication with them after the appointment re: recommendations for aftercare etc and it's been a great feeling of the artist putting their best effort and all focus onto me as a customer. The studio is private and there is only one customer in an appointment at a time which was also positive in comparison with other studios. Will definitely be back!
