It didn't get off to a great start. It seems these guys are perhaps a little obsessed with warranties and playing the blame game. However the 3 stars are because they were still kind, and helped resolve the issue.

I'm always surprised by how friendly and helpful the staff are. As an inexperienced car owner they are always happy to offer and advice and support on the best way to fix any issue and book a job in. I will always go to eden vauxhall for my car issues.

Salesmen know very little - was sold a car with air con, didn't have. They told me I was a liar, and confused after a month of phonecalls the first week of which was confirming it had air con and they would see what they could do. They finally refunded me everything and took the new car back and gave me my part exchange back. They didn't know how to transfer ownership of my part exchanged car back to me, and thought doing the tax was how it worked. After telling them how to do it online they subsequently posted the V5 to DVLA and are now delaying me getting a new car because of their simple mistakes. They also stole the spare wheel out of my part exchanged car, as well as throwing away all service and mot documentation I gave them for it. They would have been happy seeing me drive away in an old Ford 98, with no spare wheel or inflation kit. Luckily my dad managed to get an inflation kit out of them so I wouldn't get stuck if it happened. Zero happiness and still without a car because of them.
