Ever since we moved to the area, Eden Park surgery looked after myself and my family and I found them very professional and helpful.nThey also looked after my family from Ukraine and helped my mum with her high blood pressure. Truly appreciate. Thank you
Awful and thrilling experience. I had a blood test and the surgery has lost my blood sample and I have to re-do it. No follow-up explaining where my blood sample, which is my personal property with my DNA information, has gone. This is the most ridiculous news I heard of in my life. Entirely unprofessional practice.
I have always had positive experiences with this surgery, I have been with this practice my whole life - 35 years!!nThe receptionists are always extremely polite and helpful to me, Lucy especially is always so helpful and happy when answering the phone and nothing is too much trouble!!nI moved further away from this surgery slightly but cannot bear to leave so I will travel just to make sure I can stay with the amazing staff.
Unfortunately after 15 years being with this surgery I m forced to leave it . From giving an outstanding care it went down to a poor service. Since the original Gp founders retired and management changed ;the care , professionalism , manners, efficiency and competency declined rapidly to a point that the disservice is unbelievable.nIt’s a shame that the hard work of Dr Pwar and Grandsma went to ashes .nI would not recommend this surgery.
Had a blood tests here today, the nurse Adele was so lovely, a credit to the surgery. She made me feel at ease and had a very caring manner.
