From the Receptionist especially the one with the name Ruth , to the Administrative staff are all wicked even when you beg and ask nicely they just select who they attend to nicely and they sound more of a recist and their body language towards one is terrible.
If you have options I would tether you go for another GP practise.

if you want a surgery that can see you when its convenient for you if you work i.e. weekends or don't mind not seeing a regular doctor then this is the surgery for you.  Generally get seen quickly and don't have to take time off work to go there. About time all surgeries were like this

When the UCC couldn’t see me at Beacon on Friday night because they were too busy,Michelle at Cator Park MC came to my rescue! I had an injured finger that just wouldn’t stop bleeding,but Michelle calmly sorted out the problem at the end of what was probably a busy shift. The staff at reception were charming and couldn’t help me enough.Michele was  calm,caring and professional -  she even arranged for me to come in the following Monday afternoon and redressed the wound for me - really kind indeed. Really fabulous experience..especially given the pressure all NHS staff are undoubtly under every day. Thank you Michelle!

Reception are friendly but nurse was quiet rude as i turned up just before closing. She seemed quiet pi#@#d off... the doctor was very nice.
