Staff were reasonable, Milkshake fine, everything else was poor. Fries and sweet potato fries average, were more on the soft side of crispy. Chicken burger could have been better, was just below beimg okay, but was the best out of the 3 meals. Chicken wings were not finished (not a normal occurrence) served in a bowl of sauce (I thought not a nice chilli taste and over cooked). The kids burger that was served, it was refused, sampled to check it was too hard (and texture like rubber). The extra side of onion rings were probably the best item served, but at over 50p a touch a little expensive.

Inattentive, slow staff. Adults hotdog came as a kids! Over oiled chips! Avoid at all costs.

Not nice food very nice staff gove my child toys on chistmas had to wait 1 hour if the food was excellent I will give it 5 star rating is only had a few chip because the food was not nice

£7 for a below average cold burger and then near £5 for cold chips and a drink along with it . Wot a rip off.

I used to love visiting the Galway store years ago. So I was looking forward to visiting this one during a visit. Very disappointed with food. I could have been eating soggy, greasy chips from any old place. Not the quality that I remember. Also shocked to see that an outlet offering food for consumption on the premises had no toilet facilities! When asked about this I was advised that the nearest facility was in the Sainsbury's store. Do not visit this store. They clearly don't care about customers. Cowboys.
