Myself and my partner met with Alan in EBS Finglas in April 2022 to start our first mortgage application. Alan was so incredibly helpful every step of the way. Being first time buyers we had lots of questions and Alan was always available to answer any queries we had. Alan had us one step ahead all of the time. Our solicitor even commented that we were very organised for first time buyers and this was because of Alan. Throughout the whole process we really felt as if we had someone on our side guiding us every step of the way. We received the keys to our first home in September 2022 and we could not have done it without Alan. We have already and will always highly recommend Alan to anyone looking to get a mortgage. Alan and all of the staff at EBS Finglas are true professionals and brilliant at what they do. Thank you
I cannot recommend Alan enough to go through your mortgage process with. The service was unbeatable and he made our journey as smooth as possible. All queries were answered on the day I'd ask, and every single step was done so fast and efficient I cannot stress enough how easy he made this process for us. One of the most important parts of the mortgage journey is finding the best service and this was just as important to us as the rate etc. I will be sending all my friends that are starting their journey his way. Absolutely a disgrace of a bank when at the desk every one knows your business because they have to talk loud through the security glass one keeps asking to repeat your self i think she's half deaf the staff are just not interested in some of the customers just avoid avoid avoid
