Understaffed for the cash desk and some undertrained staff who due to negligence delayed our mortgage application by 2 weeks
Appalling customer service with regards to their accounts services. Haven’t even made it to the teller windows yet S we have had such issues with their accounts staff being unclear with regards to what is acceptable for new accounts official government documents apparently don’t count. Don’t waste your time with these unfriendly and unhelpful people. Find a different branch or a different bank altogether.
Tried to open a current account and they told me to come back for an appointment in three weeks.
Just appalling customer service.
Great bank , usually not much wait . Nice staff and really clean ..
