This is a nice airport! There are two terminals, linked by a covered walkable passageway. T2 has beautiful modern architecture. There are sidewalks all along the outside roads in the airport area. Which is great if you are stuck on a long connection and want to go outside for some exercise. I appreciate all the signage and clear directions. There are baby change stations everywhere. There is a child play area, and in that section a small room where moms can feed their baby in privacy. They even offer a high chair, water and microwave in the room! They have a range of places to eat after the gate-including quick meals or snacks at a pharmacy, or sit down restaurants. My favourite thing is they have bottled water for 1Euro after the gate. There are stands everywhere. Thank you Dublin Airport for being sensible enough to provide the basic necessity of water for a reasonable price after the security gate.

Too small for it's traffic. Always a crowd. No reasonable parking available. The first floor is all smoked - you are permitted to smoke straight in front of automatic door. Waiting area is better. The best is water for euro (donation) in the walking corridor. You don't have to stand in a queue for it. Stuff is OK (If your English is good enough to understand Irish English). Not for introverts :) Ah - no trains (DART). some buses go once per hour. hard to find your bus. Once I was waiting for a taxi with two kids and two buggies. It took half hour to get a car  - we were too much for ordinary taxi (4 person, two buggies and three luggage cases)

I think this is a very friendly airport, with free unlimited wifi, clean and very accessible.

Also there were some feedback buttons in some places.

No hassle, only just one member of security staff asked us where we arrived from but after asking him we continued our trip.

Also there's bus service 24 hours, so it's super well communicated.

Potentially the best airport experience I’ve ever had. Security was fast and efficient, there were a ton of shops and restaurants to check out, and things were reasonably priced. A+ job, folks!!!

As far as airports go this one is as good or bad as any other. My wife and I found it very good. Flying from england we walked to baggage collect, got bags walked out got taxi with a brilliant driver into Dublin. Going back was just as easy. Lovely airport.
