I had two consultations with Elle to deal with an injury I had picked up during half Marathon training.  Elle was highly professional, friendly and approachable.  She took time to listen and asked lots of questions.  The treatment and advice was spot on and she was very reassuring and knowledgable.  I would highly recommend.

A massive thanks to the team at Studio57 and Paul who saw me on Saturday at very short notice to advise on my sore knee ahead of the Brighton Half Marathon on the Sunday.

Thanks to the reassurance his session gave me - including taping my knee for the race itself - I was not only able to complete the run with my brother, but we also ran a PB finishing just under 1hr28mins.

I saw Elle at the beginning of May after I'd fallen down some stairs and badly injured my ankle. During the consultation she noticed water retention in my leg and urged me to get it looked at by a doctor.

To my surprise the Doctor took this very seriously and after some blood & other tests, he rang me to tell me to get to the nearest A&E ASAP and advised me not to drive myself there! The A&E dept. found 2 blot clots had worked their way from the ankle to a lung, so I was pumped full of blood thinner and am still taking tablets over 3 months later!

So, thank you Elle, for noticing that, and insisting I got medical advice! You may well have saved my life!!!

I saw Elle again yesterday for a follow-up treatment to my ankle which is still a bit sore.

She examined the ankle and especially the tendons, and devised a series of exercises to strengthen them.

Hopefully these will get the ankle back to how it was before the accident, and the tablets will wash away the blood clots!

All in all, I would have no hesitation in recommending Elle to anyone to deal with the aftermath of an accident or a sports injury. She is extremely professional and thorough, and also a very nice person!

I imagine that the rest of the team at Hove are equally professional, but as I've only seen Elle I'm not able to comment!

I strongly recommend a visit to Troy if you have back trouble! 

I developed chronic lower back pain while training for a triathlon, which completely knocked me off course and left me unable to train or sit for long periods of time. (I'd been to a couple of other places to try and sort it, but unfortunately didn't get very far.) 

Troy was like a detective. He got to the root of the problem by asking a hell of a lot of questions about my lifestyle, past injuries, hobbies, etc. He found the causes pretty quickly (some were lifestyle habits, others were due to old injuries and others due to things I would never have even considered) and gave me a number of exercises to try to alleviate the symptoms. He also highlighted things that I needed to change lifestyle wise in order to reverse the pain altogether. 

Needless to say, it worked. I completed my triathlon and I'm back in the game. Thank you very much Troy!!
