I thought they were excellent. They fitted times around me, I rearranged where and when and they just changed their plans with no complaints. Turnaround was pretty quick and my car was returned in very good condition, looking brand new where they had replaced the bumper. The lady on the phone was friendly and efficient and the estimator was equally helpful and friendly. The guy who collected the car rang before hand to let me know he was on his way and the person who dropped off my car followed the instructions I left as I wasn't there to sign for the car.

Staff looked round door scratch - not really interested. Was just another customer interrupting their day. No quote received.

Awful , Awful. Awful. They said the car would take 4 days. It took 10, and that was with me standing in the office to get them to sort it out. Rude manager. He had the cheek to shout at me. Customer service a big zero. Never go here, and if your insurance company tell you to - elect elsewhere and stand your ground to try elsewhere.

Very disappointed with the service. My car was damaged when being loaded onto the recovery vehicle. This was repaired and resprayed. When my car was brought back to me the same issue happened with the underside of the car being damaged when loading onto the vehicle. Talk about school boy error. Then when I received my car back the head light didn't work. I reported it and it's nearly 2 weeks and I've still not had a call from them about this. I took my car back in on a Saturday morning after checking it was ok to bring it in. Only to be told no one could look at it. I would not recommend them, all I wanted was a phone call to discuss the matter but they seem hell bent on trying to avoid the issue by failing to call me.
