Bought a spoiler from their eBay page. It was described as in good condition. When arrived, surface scratches, one big scratch and 2 corroded bird poo marks. It was also filthy. I complained the same day. I was told I should expect them marks :o? No apology given and advised to polish them out. So I did try and polish them out. 95% of the marks have come out however there's 1 bad scratch. I was only offered to return the item at my own cost. No apology as I said, very disappointed. Since leaving feedback they've contacted eBay to remove my negative feedback which is a disgrace as my feedback was an accurate reflection of what happened. I've since spoken to eBay to complain and eBay admit fault they should never of removed the feedback. The seller lied and told us he described the item as "having 7 years worth of wear & tear" that's what they told eBay which is a LIE! Description only says "in good condition". 

Be warned if you buy anything off this company. For one they will lie. Secondly they won't be apologetic. Lastly it will cost you more money to rectify. Stay away!
