I stayed here for one night in November with my mum. All the staff are wonderful and attentive. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the drive up to the Manor is picturesque. The room was okay and as it was due a refurbishment, not quite what I had initially expected however this has since been addressed to management and rectified. The food was second to none, outstanding flavours, good variety and the service really was something else, very impressed. The spa facilities were beautiful and clean, slightly snug on a busy day but beautiful inside. I had a facial massage treatment which was luxurious with the staff yet again being very polite, helpful and kind. Overall the stay was excellent and j would absolutely recommend it!

Stayed here as a wedding guest. Mix up with our room bookings. We stayed in the mews cottage which was spacious but needed refurbishing as floor was very uneven and furniture was chipped and had handles missing. Main manor was lovely and food in restaurant was good. The staff are lovely and friendly but they are very stretched due to the place being under staffed. Our meal at the wedding was very slow and arrived cold due to only two people bringing in the food for 75 guests. The place would be lovely to stay at in the summer. However staying in the mews cottages in the winter is not idea if the weather is bad. Pathway to manor isn’t very well lit. The weather was raining hard so we had to drive to the manor so as not to get our wedding outfits soaked. Cottages are well,placed if you are using the spa.

Afternoon Tea at Eastwell Manor was a delightful experience. The finger sandwiches, homemade scones and cakes were lovely. All served on a traditional cake stand with matching teacups, etc. Very quintessential.

Went here for a spa and dinner package that was good value for money at 50£. The dinner was of a very nice standard and the restaurant itself very nice. The spa had some issues however. Very busy and very nice facilities but needed more staff cleaning changing room and wiping down very slippery wet areas etc. Worst part was the spa treatment I had. Booked in to get a 'head in the clouds' head shoulder massage simultaneously with my sister. I had Rosie, and on comparison after our treatments I had a completely different treatment from my sister and not for the better. Mine involved, no light dimming, no putting of soaked cotton over my eyes, very little shoulder massage and unfortunately quite a lot of deliberate hair pulling! Not pleasant. Very expensive at £45 for 25 minutes. And no extras in there... Then got left in the shop with a rundown on offers. Just what you want when you finish a treatment! Waste of my time and money and was quite upset when I found out that the treatment was completely different from my sister's!! She enjoyed her treatment, but would have like longer. We booked 2 weeks in advance and these 2 30 minute slots were all they had.
