We came into the store looking for a new bed frame and mattress. The store colleague who assisted us was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were guided through using the "Sleepmatch" machine to help us find a suitable mattress and then shown our best fit potential options in store, so we could try out how each felt. Once we'd decided on a mattress, we were then helped to find a bed frame we liked that would fit our home. We were especially pleased that both the mattress and bed frame were on promotion and as such we felt we got particularly good value for money.

We moved house and decided to start from scratch. Went in to the store and explained we had no beds the lady that served us was so helpful. She sorted out mattresses to take away and organised delivery very quickly. The guys that built the bed were professional and very tidy when working. Would highly recommend this store.
Well worth a visit, especially if you are confused with all the different mattresses on offer. They have a profiler that gives you an idea of what mattresses would suit you. Offer bottles of water to customers. Friendly, helpful staff. The mattress my daughter settled on fell like you were lying on air. So comfortable.
On Nov 14th we got off to a great start with the store- we were supported with great service and attentiveness, guided through the mattress selector and given lots of time to discuss the colour of our bed, pillows and additional protection. Lovely sales person and really helpful. Jump forward 12 weeks as all beds are made to order!! to our delivery date choice. We were moving into our house and told that when the first date comes through for delivery, we could move it if we weren’t in the house. My partner received the delivery text and so proceeded to call the store to rearrange delivery, as advised by our dealer within the store. After some assumptions made by the manager and being told that delaying our delivery wasn’t an option- my fiancé went into store to resolve it, hoping our dealer would be there. Thankfully they were, and the situation was resolved with a reluctant, half hearted, rude and insincere apology from the assuming manager. Our dealer was as brilliant as ever and clarified the situation to the manager, so we were able to move our slot. Jump to our actual delivery date 25.02.22. Our long awaited made to order!!! bed arrives and my father in law and fiancé are putting it together and find the footboard is faulty and doesn’t fit, due to screw holes being in the incorrect place made to order??!!. My fiancé called up the store and spoke to our original ‘lovely and accommodating’ dealer within the store. Now that we have paid for the product, we’re not their problem! We were completely dismissed, with no apology at all after waiting 14wks and just told to call customer services. To me, buying a product isn’t about the initial journey where you buy the item at hand, it’s about the journey moving forwards too and potentially buying from them in the future again...we were going to buy an ottoman from them, but thanks to their lack of empathy and dismissal we will be going elsewhere. I think they really need to consider how they deal with fulfilled customers also, as I don’t think this was on or very kind at all- especially as our order was £££ and they would be benefiting from it!! We’re now waiting another 2 weeks for a replacement footboard- as they sent us a headboard today not a footboard - totalling 3 weeks without a bed- and so wouldn’t recommend the company on a whole either. Dreams Customer services are shocking and rude telling us ‘we should be booking a Wednesday off to receive a replacement’, and that it’s ‘your fault that you can’t take a Wednesday off. The delay is on you’, a delay that wouldn’t have happened if 1 the beds were made by competent people 2 if the dreams company boxed and labelled their parts correctly, so that pickers could prepare and send out the correct part! We’re now spending the first proper Saturday, in our new home, going out searching for a new bed...but we will be avoiding Dreams at all costs. One positive from this is the lovely Emma, who went out of her way to try and contact the local depot to find out if they have the part, which we were willing to drive all the way to Crawley to get! Although this wasn’t doable, as the part wasn’t in, I felt so satisfied with the customer service, care and compassion that Emma showed- the very second she heard we had ongoing problems. An asset to the company.
Good attentive staff. Listened to needs. Good delivery times compared to Bensons as Dreams have their own delivery drivers.
Staff at Ashford Retail Park very welcoming when you come into the store, explaining the social distancing arrangements very well and a fully stocked sanitising station by the entrance. Cleansing immediately once a mattrass was tried after using the Sleep match. Good size store, staff very friendly and knowledgeable. All questions answered with ease and didn't feel rushed. Explaining the delivery procedure and all other questions at checkout which has a "desk shield" . Felt that the colleagues were helpful to each other and its so nice to not feel like you are in a pushy sales environment!
Very impressed with our recent visit to Dreams, Ashford. The staff were friendly and knowledgable, and we were incredibly impressed by how thorough and careful they were at implementing social distancing, and making sure to clean anything we tried out. Despite having to maintain social distancing, we had a really enjoyable visit, the staff helped us pick out exactly what we wanted, and we were very happy with our purchase.
Have dealt with Emma previously and have again found her extremely helpful and professional. Always excellent service and after sales had some difficult problems with delays on house purchase Emma very understanding of our situation and only too happy to help where she could. A delight to find someone ready to go that extra mile these days - thank you Emma you're a star!!
Got my new mattress from here couple of weeks ago great. Love the ideal of trying to find the right mattress for me, staff are very helpful
