Good. Wendy and me tried out a one off spa day. We were pleasantly surprised. A very relaxed atmosphere. The staff we encountered were very helpful and kind. The facilities were great, clean and tidy. The cafe was amazing, very reasonable prices, good choice menu and available all day. Our food was nice. Not So Good. The shower cubicles are a little tired, could do with a bit of a limescale scrub. They were clean and tidy though and hot. Rate. Overall we give this spa 8 out of 10.

I took my wife here today 18/4/18 for a spa day and afternoon tea as a treat. Pool, sauna's etc were lovely. Clean and tidy, staff wonderful and treatments were fantastic. No faults at all, we then went to finish off the day with afternoon tea ( the bit my wife was so looking forward to ) that's where her day was ruined. We were served with stale sandwiches ( brie and cranberry ) packed out with cranberry and a sliver of brie and a turkey and stuffing sandwich made with 1 very thin see through slice of turkey ( that cheap wafer thin stuff ) and thick stuffing. 2 stale and hard scones, and a pathetic excuse for some kind of broken cakes. Nothing was edible and all we had was a cup of tea. Took it back and was not offered anything else. Spoilt a very nice day.

Complete shambles! Booked in for a bamboo massage which apparently got moved (without consulting us) to a different massage which we didn’t want. We were told everything would be fine and they’d book us onto the next for our original massage. 30 minutes passes and we are told that it’s too late for us to have our massage! No one seems to have a clue about what’s going on, very unprofessional ! What was supposed to be a relaxing day turned into a wasted trip with us leaving pretty pissed off! On top of this, it’s a rubbish spa, just a gym with spa facilities and incapable staff. Definitely avoid.

I didn't check the reviews for this location before booking as I was hoping to book a spa closer to home but unfortunately they were all booked Read the reviews for this place a couple days before my visit which made me nervous. .. but from the moment I walked in the door the receptionists were lovely , eye contact straight away, greeted with a smile, patient and kind, was directed to the changing room which were busy but noticeably clean, showers were a little outdated but clean , swimming pool no deep end but I liked that, steam room was nice there are two saunas and two steam rooms , poolside was clean , again showers need an upgrade, We were shown to the relaxation room until our appointed time, The massages my friend and I received were AMAZING!! The whole day was worth the journey and I will be back soon

Clean, warm environment. Good range of equipment. Staff generally very welcoming and helpful. Good facilities. Parking can sometimes be an issue at busy times but otherwise a good gym
