Story

Eastside Cottages are the perfect place to enjoy a hide-away in the country. Overlooking the farmyard with spectacular views beyond these cosy cottages have everything you could need; with walking country on your doorstep and Edinburgh a short drive away.

Mission

Our mission statement has always been to provide a cosy "home from home in the hills".

We aim to make our cottages really comfortable yet full of character on our working hill farm. Apart from comfort and character we are really pleased to offer walking and mountain biking on your doorstep and our green credentials even include the generation of our own electricity!

Products

We have a range of Cottages for you to choose, from the Stable for 2 to the largest sleeping 4 + 2. Alternatively the whole farmstead can be rented out for family parties and a real village atmosphere. For more information please see our website www.eastsidecottages.co.uk

Very friendly people, lovely warm cottages, stunning surroundings. Great place for long walks in the hills, literally at your back door. You just can't go wrong with this place. Enjoyed every single minute of our stay.

The Woodshed is a stunning brand new, uber cool cottage for two with Scandinavian inspired luxury interiors just outside Edinburgh.
The super stylish Woodshed is the perfect bolthole for two and we had a fantastic stay. Located on a working sheep farm in the shadow of the Pentland hills, set amongst the trees, it’s hard to believe you are so close to Edinburgh. Inside, the timber clad cottage boasts lots of stylish Scandi themed wood and minimalist décor, with whitewashed wood, clean lines, and an airy open plan double-height lounge, dinning and kitchen area. Great facilities and a brilliant location made for a superb break. The Westside Woodshed is just the place to relax and recharge your batteries. We will be back!
