Terrible restaurant, will never order anything from there again. Ordered on "specials night" where you get 4 courses for £11.50.We ordered for 2 people yet we're charged over £30!!The delivery driver phoned the manager Al when I queried this and he said it was my fault. I told him to honour the price or take it away, so the driver left. Terrible customer service and Al the manager is a complete joke. Avoid this place at all costs

DEFINITELY NO STARS. AFTER EATING LOVELY FOOD FROM EASTERN BALTI FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN AFTER TODAY. I ORDERED 4 MEALS AND ARRANGED DELIVERY FOR A SPECIFIC TIME AS THIS WAS TO BE A SURPRISE FOR MY WIFES BIRTHDAY. DELIVERY AS USUAL WAS SPOT ON . HOWEVER WHEN OPENING FOOD I FOUND THAT 2 OF THE 4 MEALS WERE INCORRECT. IF IT HAD BEEN SOMETHING THAT I COULD HAVE EATEN IT WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM. I DECIDED TO PHONE AND HAD TO HAND MY LIST WITH ME THAT I ORDERED FROM WHEN ORIGINALLY PLACING THE £33.90 ORDER. WHEN SPEAKING WITH THE FEMALE THAT ORIGINALLY TOOK MY ORDER SHE SHOT ME DOWN IMMEDIETLY AND SAID THAT IT WAS WHAT I ORDERED SO IT WAS MY FAULT. I DIDNT EVEN HAVE A CHANCE TO MENTION THAT THE POMPADOMS WERE MISSING AS WELL ! I ORDERED CHICKEN TIKKA MOSALA, CHICKEN TIKKA ROGAN AND 2 CHICKEN MADRASES ALONG WITH 4 NAAN BREADS AND 3 PORTIONS OF PILAU RICE. I ONLY LIKE CHICKEN MADRAS, I NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE BUT THAT FOR MYSELF. EVERY MEAL WAS CHICKEN TIKKA. NOW BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOWN TO ME NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT I DIDNT EVEN GET THE CHANCE TO FINISH MY COMPLAINT IN FULL, YOU HAVE LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER FOREVER. WHAT A SHAME BUT I WILL SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE FROM NOW ON. I MAY HAVE LOST LAST NIGHT BUT NOT IN THE LONG RUN. WELL DONE MISS A FIRST CLASS EXAMPLE OF HOW NOT TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS. WITHOUT THE LIKES OF ME YOU WOULD NT HAVE A JOB

This has to be the best Indian takeaway in blyth. The food is fabulous and an excellent service. Would highly recommend 👍🏼
