A fantastic 5 star service. The team at ELPM were so helpful, friendly and considerate. Moving from England to Scotland by myself was always a daunting process but they were so kind and helped me every step of the way. Their communication has been fantastic throughout. Particular mention goes to Emma and Fiona who have been so amazing throughout and kept me informed of everything. Thank you so very much.
What a superb letting agent. So professional, knowledgeable, approachable and a pleasure to work with. Chris was so helpful in helping us assess rental potential and Emma and the team have been so supportive every step of the way in getting us set up with a great tenant.
We have found all the staff at ELPM to be highly professional, efficient, super knowledgeable and approachable. From the moment I went to my first viewing, I found the staff to be welcoming and friendly and above all very helpful and knowledgeable. ELPM made the process quite easy. They respond to all queries and repair issues very quickly. The repair/maintenance people that are sent are also great - they come quite quickly, are friendly and do a great job. This is a great company and I highly recommend using them as your letting agent. You could not ask for better!
I can not stress enough how positive an experience I had with ELPM. They managed my property through COVID and the stresses that brought along with it and kept me in the loop at all times, providing guidance and reassurance. They then managed a tricky eviction with professionalism and dedication to achieve the most positive outcome for all. Would recommend to any landlords and tenants to use them!
We have had the best experience with the amazing team at ELPM. Making the international move, from Michigan, US to Aberlady, UK involved many decisions and moving parts but working with ELPM was stress-free and easy. Their kindness, wonderful communication, expertise, helpfulness, and professionalism are top notch.
Best letting agency experience I've had so far. I came across ELPM when browsing for a property to let in Edinburgh. I contacted them first about a clause in their advert and they got back to me very quickly other agencies would take their time, up to a week! When we decided we were interested in renting said property, Emma from ELPM was super helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free. We never felt we were in tight competition with other people, something that's really nerve racking when you're moving. Everything went smoothly. We were late for check-in due to severe train delays and once again this agency went above and beyond - Fiona stayed longer in the city so we could get our key and move in. All and all, I recommend ELPM as a letting agency. I'm very glad I came across them and have a rental property managed by them.
The service,proffesionalism, support and genuine commitment to their clients is exceptional. Every aspect of my tenancy was taken care off and I was made to feel that nothing was too much trouble or an issue and this commitment ran throughout the "whole team" from the office staff to the agencies used by them. I would have no worries in using elpm again and they will be my first port of call if needed in future. Thank you.
We have been a tenants in an ELPM property for the past 2 years and they have been fantastic letting agents, always quick to prompt to deal with any queries have issues resolved, even dealing with things out of hours when required. All of the staff have been a pleasure to deal with and have made sure we have been well looked after as tenants in one of their properties.
The best agents I’ve used. Great attention to detail, clear communication and they are supportive of both landlord and tenant. Very happy to leave the management of my rental property in their capable hands.
