As complete novice fishkeepers, Phil and the team have been fantastic in helping us to establish our aquarium with his knowledge and recommendations to help us get started. After previously receiving a fair bit of inaccurate advice from other sellers ect it’s been a breath of fresh air to meet someone who genuinely cares for the well-being of his fish and customers instead of just the sale and all of the stock is reasonably priced as well. A fantastic place to have on your doorstep! Well worth a visit as we won’t be going anywhere else for fish and supplies from now on thanks again!

First visit to the shop to pick up my four foot tank, friendly service , he spent an age talking me through things , will definitely be back , even though I had to drive from east kilbride, well worth the trip ! Tetras seattled in my 3' foot tank , next time I will be buying more tetras ! Cheers jobro

I got a tank that came with a heater, filter, and light, substrate, and water treatment and water testing kit, and then a week later went back for decoration, plants, food, and a betta fish and snail. Absolutely love my wee fish and couldn't be happier with the shopping experience. There was lots of choice and prices were very competitive, and was given lots of great advice. My fish is doing really well, and it very happy. Have reccomended this place to lots of people since!

The best aquatics shop in Scotland. Excellent advice and great range of fish and products.

Great selection of fish but not great husbandry for their reptiles i.e tortoises and bearded dragons. Their light fixtures aren’t suitable for the sizes of the animals and the distance between uv if there is any and the animals aren’t suitable. I also noticed one of the tortoise have a overgrown beak that needs trimmed.

I'm not sure why there are any one star reviews for this shop. The quality of the fish, the knowledge of the staff and the enthusiasm they have is exceptional and they are patient and fantastic with advice. All the fish we have bought from them have thrived, especially the discus. The cost of the fish and dried goods is competitive and I highly recommend them as one of the best in Scotland. .
