Lovely had a really nice time here today. Staff genuinely care for the animals and birds. They are very friendly here and have a vast knowledge of what they do. Despite the horrible weather and mud. It was very busy. We watched the birds in flight and listen to a talk about each one very informative. Not a very expensive place as in the admission fees but food and drinks are pricey as they are with most places of this type. Had a great day my little boy who is 7 loved it. Would recommend to all.

Eagle Heights is a fantastic centre that makes for a wonderful and informative day out. They have a good range of animals that are cared for to a high standard. The displays are both educational and interesting for adults and children and there is a real focus on promoting conservation and practical ways to better care for the environment. At times, not all the animals have been 'on show' but it has always been explained that sometimes the animals have not been well, or just aren't in the mood. I feel it speaks volumes that animals aren't forced to perform for our benefit. The staff are highly knowledgable within their specialist areas, are passionate about the animals they work with, and happily answer any questions inquisitive minds may have. The experiences they offer are well run and offer a unique opportunity to interact and learn more about the animals. My personal highlight are the Huskies (most of which are rescued).

Stopped on a spur of the moment. Was a fun couple of hours talking to staff and looking at the beautiful variety of birds and other animals. The husky foundation is a truly worthy cause too

Excellent visit despite the snow, huskies are great, lots to see the flying was done indoors for obvious reasons but staff very knowledgeable, special needs catered for, cafe had heaters on, bird handling amazing and worth donation. Highly recommend a visit or two

Fabulous day out. So much to see and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Eagle Experience was amazing!
