On first impressions I was very pleased with the car and the customer service and was sold a perfect deal of the goods from E&E, but then was informed that the car I bought was broken and was not going to be ready until next year. I did not find this information out through E&E but from the garage it’s self before the car was even delivered to me. All of a sudden communication was very poor and was told over and over “we’ll let you know” whenever I asked about the car. I decided to cancel the finance and they were actually very good at refunding the deposit back. I was reassured that the cancellation process would be done and “I had nothing else to do” a week or so later the finance agreement was never informed by E&E and the first DD came out of my bank. meaning I still owed the money for a car that not only was broken, but I was never in possession of. And remember he stated he would cancel the agreement “in the next half hour”! This is when the dealer shouted at me down the phone stating “don’t give me orders!” When I asked him to please get in contact with the broker to cancel the agreement like he said he would two weeks ago. E&E became very unprofessional and not understanding or helpful of the situation and told me “don’t worry” but never giving me actual advice. after lots of emails to the broker and finance company the agreement was finally closed. But honestly don’t waste your time with this company they are very unprofessional and hide a lot of information about what your being sold. Will be reporting further to trading standards.
Very positive experience with a helpfully and pleasant bunch of guys especially cane. Purchased a car and soon found a problem with it, returned to E&E who told me to contact the issuers of the warranty they had provided. Warranty was good and covered everything except my problem E&E told me not to they would pay for problem to be rectified. I took the car to a specialist electic vehicle garage who found and rectified the problem but I had to pay the cost myself which I did. I then returned to E&E who happily and with no problem reimbursed me immediately.nWould definitely return if I need another car in the future and recommend them to my friends and relatives.nFred law
