They sorted her number plates which had warped in the sun and even cleaned her inside and out before I came to pick her up!nnThe service and care they show the customers and the BMWs is the best. Took my BMW 535d E60 2006 to BMBitz after it completely cut out while driving. I’d already had a technician come out who couldn’t find the issue, so I recovered the car to BMBitz. They made space for it straight away and found the problem within 20 minutes!nnThey ordered the correct parts quickly, kept me updated throughout, and were always happy to answer my questions. Super speedy, efficient, and professional service — can’t thank the team enough! Highly recommend BMBitz to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable mechanic.nnI’ll definitely be back — wouldn’t take my BMW anywhere else!
Absolutely outstanding service from Lee at BM Bitz. He came out at very short notice on a Saturday morning to help my mum when her keys were locked inside her car. Lee was friendly, calm, and incredibly professional, which really put her at ease during a stressful situation. He sorted the problem quickly and efficiently with no fuss at all. We can’t thank him enough for his help and kindness — highly recommend BM Bitz and Lee to anyone who needs reliable, prompt assistance.
Amazing service. The most reliable BMW garage in Essex and to be honest, it's the best I've seen in the whole of UK. Every single issue gets fixed on time and works like it never happened.
