I was put in touch with this Company about a year ago by a local garage who were unable to address a major issue I had with my 7 Series. They were able to quickly identify the problem and it was fixed in no time . I have since used BMB on two further occasions and have found them both highly professional and extremely knowledgeable about all things BMW. The communication is excellent and customer service is truly outstanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending BMBitz to any BMW drivers who are needing assistance.
Took my car to a local garage who charged me £78 for a coolant pressure test and tell me they didn't know why I was losing coolant. After being recommended BM Bitz I took my 318d to them, they pressure tested the coolant system and straight away found the fault....no charge for the pressure test....I needed the repair done ASAP as I was due to drive to the Sth France, they did it the next day. Cannot fault the service of these guys will definitely use then again!!
Took my G11 over as the suspension was dropping over night, diagnosed fault as Valve block and leaking airbag; now good as new. Great communication and service; highly recommend this company.
I had accident in my mini and was shunted from behind and hit the car in front so had damage to the front and back of my car just aesthetic dents and cracks and the guys here did an amazing job at repairing it all. Honestly looks like a new car! They even buffed out a few bits that were there before and did an amazing service with valet. Very happy with the result, will use again.
Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else, as a single woman it’s important to trust your garage no one wants to be ripped off…fair prices & even changed my bulbs for me & didn’t charge!! Amazing customer service, would highly recommend.

Done a full gearbox and transfer box oil change on my X6 today .. great service .. explained the process and listened to all my stupid questions and explained everything in a way i could understand.. was a lot cheaper than another local BMW specialist quoted. Well impressed thanks BM Bitz
What an amazing garage! Can’t fault any of the mechanics, Especially Rob! My car needed immediate attention due to cam chain snapping, straight away got my car into the garage within 48hrs my car was returned in full working order. Defiantly a 5 star in my eyes. Thanks Rob & the rest of the guys, I shall be back when you are needed. 1000% reliable garage!
I've been using BM Bitz since 2008 and have never had a poor experience. Always clear and transparent in what they are going to work on, timescales and most importantly cost. The quality of the work is second to none, no job too difficult and always going that little bit further to keep the customer satisfied. I've just driven away my M3 with a new clutch fitted by Rob and once again, drove away with a huge smile on my face after getting my car back in a fantastic state. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone. If you want a quality job done at great prices with the customers best interests at heart then get yourselves down to BM Bitz.
