Recently bought a vehicle from this company through Tom and the process was so easy and efficient that it made the whole process stress free. The vehicle was excellent value for money and in fantastic condition.nI was kept fully updated with the situation at all times and everything was fully explained, ensuring that there were no issues at any stage.nTom was very professional and sorted everything out for me at all stages. He also went out of his way to answer question even when not working so any concerns were dealt with.nThe vehicle was missing an item when it was bought, however, Tom ensured that this was ordered and sent straight away. I must say that he was very customer focused and ensured that as a customer any concerns were addressed and resolved.nExcellent service by Tom and definitely would recommend them for a new car.
Purchased a Nissan Juke on Friday and the customer service I received from Darrell was amazing. He was very friendly, took time to listen to me, fully explained the extended warranty but didn't push a hard sale on me. Just bought a car through Vorty and honestly, it was one of the easiest and least stressful car buys I’ve ever done.nVorty was brilliant – super helpful, replied to messages really quickly, and there was zero pressure or hard sell at any point. He just let me take my time and answered everything properly.nThe price was genuinely good for the car, and it was in really solid condition overall. I spotted a couple of tiny things when I first looked at it, but they sorted absolutely everything before I collected – no half measures, proper job done.nOne nice touch: it wasn’t the cleanest when I viewed it fair enough, it’s a used car, but when I picked it up it was properly valeted – inside and out, smelled fresh, looked mint.
