Disappointed it wasn't open due to covid excuse. My opinion only. Beautiful inside of what we could see. Beautiful views from the writing shed and can understand why he became famous. Such inspiration from those lovely views, and right on outdoor step.
Beautiful place..if you do not have much time skip the castle and have the nice sea side walk till Thomas' house!
We could look through the glass of the writing shed. We stopped in the area on a drive home and went on a walk around the area.
Fabulous atmospheric place with great views over the estuary. You don't have to be a Thomas fan to visit as it's on a great walk from Laugharne main car park past the castle and on to the coastal path.

Beautiful spot overlooking the Taf Estuary. An idyllic location and wonderfully preserved.
Very nice and quit place. Overlooking the bay. Not to far from carparks, close to the castle. Might be a bit challenging, for the elderly or disabled, due high stairs. Otherwise, just a town or castle gardens visit is fine. Opening at 10 am. Recommended.
