"The first Dylan’s that set us on our voyage along the North Wales Coast.Modern styling with a boatyard theme but utilising the tremendous natural beauty of the local coastline, views out across the waters of the Menai Strait from practically every table, the Telford bridge as a backdrop. The site cried out for seafood, freshly baked breads and an emphasis on the amazing local produce from the surrounding seas and hills.We do our best to promote our amazing region and we aim to give the same personal warm welcome now as we did when we first opened our doors enthusiastically , back in May 2012.We have expanded our food menu, our kitchen, and enclosed our downstairs terrace area providing all-weather views of the stunning Menai Strait!"

The food was amazing here. I had pizza and my partner had the burger and chips. For dessert I had the chocolate brownie, which was one of the best desserts I've tasted. My partner had the sticky toffee pudding and he said it was yummy. Sat upstairs where they had gorgeous views of the lake.
Loved the place! the waitress was kind enough to give us a great table with a view so we watched the tide rising while eating! food was delicious, had the calzone and really liked it. deserts were amazing as well.Food: 5/5
Went for a late lunch as all the tables were already booked after opening. Everything was cooked to perfection with good quality ingredients! Have to commend them on that one, of the many meals we have out this year in different places, for one reason or another they always fall short! Not on this occasion, well done Dylan’s! Just wished they’d have the full selection of beers on offer from the menu, or check if there’s any spare at their shop down the road! Will happily visit next time.
Came here for a late lunch, and even though it was not peak hour we still had to wait a few mins, but they have a fab system where they take your details and ring you when your table is ready, just awesome. When we were shown our table I was amazed to see all the families and children which were enjoying themselves there, the vibe was just wonderful, a really family friendly restaurant! We ordered the chicken basket and one of their burgers, both were extremely tasty and we were satisfied. This coupled with the friendly staff and lovely views rounded off a terrific stay and I highly recommend. There's even plenty of free parking for 60mins available outside, just smashing. Kid-friendliness: Family friendly restaurant with plenty of children. Parking: Widely available free parking nearby for max 60mins.
We had such a lovely time at Dylan’s! The seafood options are delicious and the views of the strait are wonderful. We would definitely recommend visiting. The staff are so friendly and made a birthday lunch really special. Thank you very much!
Great food, great location and professional staff. Highly recommended! Fresh fish and seafood, perfectly cooked, surprisingly enough the desserts are really good to the chocolate Orange mousse was perfection.
We actually visited 8 years ago! This review is well overdue. This restaurant was one of the most memorable parts of our trip to North Wales. I recently started planning to visit Wales again and immediately thought of this place! The food was beautifully presented and it tasted amazing. Even though it was 8 years ago I remember being so pleased with the vegetarian options. I look forward to my next visit now that the menu has even more options!
Obviously not a place English people are welcome, Food was bland at best.. Coleslaw.. tasteless and the portion size was not worth having.. Fries,cheap frozen, Cocktails are a total rip off.. £8.50 for a glass of ice with juice and obviously a short measure of alcohol by taste.. View was great, Parking,couple of spaces outside other than that.. park and walk 10 mins. Considering the restaurant is aiming for a certain type of customer, some of the staff could do with a wash and a clean uniform..
Lively and informal place to eat. Interesting menu supporting local producers. Great setting on the Menai Straits, with outdoor seating available if weather permits. Can be very noisy. Good value.
Waited a while to come here and they didn't disappoint. Really nice location overlooking the water , we were on the 2nd floor and had a lovely view . I had calamari starter and sea food linguine and they were both amazing my partner had a crab starter a bit like a fish cake which was very nice and then a chicken thigh burger which was nice but had the stingiest bit of chicken on it . Highly recommended , definitely need to pre book as it gets very busy
