Dyfed Menswear Cardiff

Have previously used Dyfed with pretty good results. However, I visited today and was 'greeted' by a mature lady who looked at me as though I had asked her to eat something that my cat had brought up. After a series of abrupt and unhelpful responses, I was told that it was appointment only and I would have to wait. "How long do you think the wait will be?" I enquired. "Wait and see." was the response. So I didn't. Will not use again - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KING!!

I'm absolutely over the moon with the service we received today! Within moments we were being looked after by a lovely gentleman, John. We told him our colour scheme..he took one look at my fiancé and picked out the perfect suit in the perfect colour. He selected 3 different waistcoats and ties as if he could read our minds on what we were looking for. What I thought would be a painstaking and confusing consultation, was painless, quick and enjoyable. John clearly is an expert in his field as well as a friendly, funny man who we enjoyed chatting with. Thank you for making it such a wonderful experience! My future husband looked incredible and we really can't thank you enough!
