Carphone Warehouse

i have used car phone for years for my contracts after recently renewing my contract with car phone warehouse in Swansea (who were amazing) I had a query about the phone, the staff here were not interested and when a member of staff asked her colleague 'scott' to help he was dismissive and rude and continued to huff and roll his eyes at me because I didn't understand the jargon he was talking. Disgusting attitude be warned!

The best of a bad bunch, the only retailer to sell you unlocked phones out of the box. Never buy a network locked phone!

Went in Sunday afternoon. Lovely girl in there called Monies who from moment we walked in was very friendly, informative and excellent at her job. Upgraded my phone and contract and sorted new sky broadband for us. I must say the two other boys staff there were also brilliant and friendly. We we were there until after closing time but they didn't mind at all. Well done Llanelli Trostre staff.
