Awful. We called ahead to confirm they would be open as my partner needed to collect a visa for travel. They confirmed they were indeed open, so we commenced the three HOUR car journey to the depot. It was closed. We called up again and were told 'no, no, it's definitely open, someone must have just popped out'. We waited an extra 30 minutes and alas, no such mythical person arrived to open the place. The third time we called we were told that actually it was shut (clearly) and were then passed on to the manager who, whilst very friendly and apologetic, couldn't really offer us any words of comfort for wasting our entire day and a tank of petrol. Totally, appallingly useless.
