Excellent hardware store offering a very wide range of products. Easy parking at the door with wheelchair access. An excellent coffee shop in store with quality food also on offer. Also a very good garden centre. Friendly staff and very helpful
The store is bright and clean. It looks like it would have lots of goods but it's actually mostly decorating supplies. As a hardware store it's very poor, on 3 occasions I have been looking for certain items but the staff were unhelpful, first time I wasn't acknowledged 2 staff, one was serving a customer other one appeared to be checking floor stock, after a few mins I left. 2nd visit I was looking for spare parts for a shower but was informed that "we don't do those". My third visit was a few weeks later looking for some DIY items another store suggested that I'd find them here it was close to closing time and I was struggling I have to use crutches to get around by the time an assistant acknowledged me to answer my query she said I should try the Hardware area, a separate building over a hundred yards behind this one. I asked if she could call them to check for my items to save me the walk, but was told I'd be better going up myself. By the time I walked up there it had been closed 10mins. I left totally exhausted and disgusted.
Okay, this is for the little cafe there. Very friendly, helpful staff. Very tasty food. Fussy children also very happy! Highly recommend, despite being a very busy place.
I was painting the walls outside and I went to Cathcarts for the colour and I was VERY pleased with the paint and the help these guys and girls have me. They were SO kind and I WILL be going back at a later date for more paint this time for the inside.********** 10 stars for this business.
Hardware store got nice practical n pretty things...gardening plants good quality but not well stocked..yard near empty..cafe to die for.send all visitors here for real cake choice n coffee.tablespace not enough.
Amazing company - managed to order in Bradstone paving and get it delivered to Sligo after we were royally let down by a local company who delivered paving 4.5 weeks after the delivery date and it was unusable. The chap in the garden centre and the Cathcart son who delivered the paving were beyond helpful and lovely. We will be recommending Cathcarts to everyone in Rosses Point.
Great selection in the home and design centre. It's a must to pop into the tea room. Excellent food and friendly staff

Ordered 40m Hozelock Auto reel on 4th Jume. By 29 June it had not arrived and all my email have been ignored.Bad delivery Bad communication. Just hope I get my money back
