Love Dunelm always manage to find something to buy. Staff friendly and helpful but could do with having more around. I've always been a great fan of your store, and managed to buy everything for the home. I recommend family and friends to go they won't be disappointed.
Fantastic. If they haven't got it, you probably don't need it. Well laid out, airy and absolutely wonderful staff. I was assisted by Naomi who went out of her way to help me from selecting curtains to finding bath and sink plugs the latter items in two different locations, a floor apart her knowledge was superb, patience apparently unending. Made what was a potentially mind boggling curtain purchasing experience for a single man, almost a pleasure. Really good value items that were of good quality and considerably less expensive than I had anticipated. Well worth the trip to get exactly what is required and to be served by knowledgeable and willing staff. Totally recommend this store. Revisit today 22/10/22 and I echo again what is said above. NOTE******** RESTRICTED 2 HR parking. It's £100 fine if you easily stay more than 2 hrs. It is advertised but NOT very well. Small sign upon entry whilst trying to negotiate turns, exiting cars ,traffic lights and a mini roundabout, 10 "No unauthorised parking" signs that mention the 2 hour restricted time in TINY font, and a small sign on the shop door. Beware. Many are completely unaware of this trap by the parking company and Dunelm can do nothing about it. Only spent 1hr 55 minutes in the shop this visit, instead of 3 hrs on the last. Dunelm missed out on the cost of my lunch due to time constraints
The experience from ordering online is definitely not meeting expectations. Twice I ordered online and delivery stated that it will be with me by Saturday, only for the goods to be delivered the following Tuesday. The only reason I ordered online is that the in store stock level accuracy was out as well... in 2 stores.
Called at the store today and was served by a lovely helpful lady called Jo, nothing was too much trouble for her, really polite and a credit to your store. She made our purchase of the zoe corner sofa a delight. Thank you Jo x
It's a huge store. Parking is small for the number of people visiting so be prepared. The staff are helpful. The range of goods are vast - you are sure to find something you never knew you didn't need.
Absolutely shocking experience buying online with dunelm. Can never deliver on time or send out the correct goods. No contact number available to call direct anymore, all done by online chat if you can be bothered to wait as you are 100 in the que.
A Shop with lots of collections with reason price. Can choose this place if we need lots of household attractive items . Had a lovely shopping.
Not one of my favourite shops but a regular stop for my wife. I must say they try hard and some prices are competitive. Two floors accessed by a lift as well as stairs, Cafe with good coffee and cakes, hot food for a quick bite. The furnishings are decent quality and a big range of curtains, poles and tracks, duvets and also a seasonal section. Staff seemed OK but not genuinely friendly.
I absolutely love this store. It has everything you need for the home and garden. I use it for anything from pots and pans to curtain poles or bedding. Laundry equipment to pots for the garden. Fantastic value for money whilst maintaining excellent quality of their products. Ample parking on site. It even has a cafe. What else could you ask for
I love wondering around this store but can't do this anymore due to my disability. I can say the cafe is ok. But must add that I was in a lot of pain and needed to get back to our car, I asked a member of staff if there was a shorter route out of the store to help me , but his reply was No you have to walk all the was round. I was very upset and distressed when I eventually got to the exit door to find an exit route which would have been much quicker for me to exit the store. I was not happy with the store if that's how they treat disabled customers.
