Seemed a good store but would of got a higher score had the store carried more of the online stuff in the shop, I wanted an infuser teapot of which there was a lot online but only 1 instore there was only 3 teapots in total and they were all in different aisles and hard to find. Also there was some rugs that we were interested in but had no prices on and we eventually gave up trying to find a staff member to ask how much. We all felt like most of the staff really did not want to be there they were not rude but not very pleasant.
Just wanted to write a review on our experience in the barnstaple store today.nWe were met with a lovely Lady called Jay, she was so kind and helpful, we were shopping with my father in law who has dementure and she took so much care with all of us. She didnt rush us and was very thorough and got our order for a blind though so efficiently. Hope Jay gets to read this.
A good spacious store filled with everyday items needed for the home. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking.
The staff were extremely helpful went in for net curtains the young lady was very good will certainly shop there again
I purchased a wash basket and it split I went into store just to change it over I did it want a refund but because they couldn’t find in in the system and I could not find my receipt the would not exchange the wash basket I’ve only had this item a month or so
