I went into Dunelm, Taunton on the 2nd of January to buy a new duvet. After looking for this, I knew I needed help after a fruitless half an hour of searching and was directed to Kathleen. She was fast, efficient, friendly and confident and instantly knew where my duvet would be found, which I then purchased and am delighted with it. Thank you Kathleen. Gabrielle Grant

We visited Dunelm  Taunton on Friday 27th November and were greeted by a very helpful member of staff.  Debbie aided us in choosing curtains and a light fitting with absolute professionalism and helpfulness. She is an absolute credit to your store.

Lovely place, with a variety of prices and  qualities for the house. We got curtains for the house! It was very expensive but very good quality.

This place has very good furniture and carpets what are very comfy.nnWe once bought a shelf but when we opend it it was broken so the next day we came back and gave us a refund and a FREE shelf what is very kind of them!nnThere staff are lovely and caring to everyone. The place look fabulous in there its nice and spaced out and nice and sunny.
