Lovely place, with a variety of prices and qualities for the house. We got curtains for the house! It was very expensive but very good quality.
I love the store but having no proper tills is annoying. You have to queue for ages to use the one till they have while all the self serve tills are standing there not being used. With only one person serving those who want to do a return/exchange or pay by cash would put me off visiting again. Bring back proper tills and service and less staff standing around chatting.
Call back second time this week.. lovely friendly staff. Nice clean place & good food nice coffee ,good price, Reccomend
Such a great place to go..so much to look at and always end up spending. Staff also helpful and the coffee shop is lovely too.
Appalling service yesterday in this Taunton store. Staff refused to serve my elderly mother as she can’t provide an email address to get a receipt! She’s elderly, doesn’t have one nor use the internet or any technology!!nYou embarrassed her and declined to sell her the items she was purchasing, so she had to leave the shop. This is surely discriminating the older generation! You absolutely must be able to offer a Paper copy, I find it impossible to understand you’d rather lose sales than provide a paper receipt to customers who simply do not have an email address.nDisgraceful!!
