By far my favourite Dunelm in the area. Great layout, good selection of stock. Layout change confused me as I couldn't find things and had to ask - one staff member seemed annoyed I asked if we had anymore stock but everyone else was fantastic. Got a few home bits all on sale, happy shopper!

Store in good location and Tidy with a good selection of products at fair prices.nnExperience today ruined by ridiculous queues. It’s a Saturday morning and only two people serving with people in plain sight on the shop floor not doing much. When finally served no apology.
This place has very good furniture and carpets what are very comfy.nnWe once bought a shelf but when we opend it it was broken so the next day we came back and gave us a refund and a FREE shelf what is very kind of them!nnThere staff are lovely and caring to everyone. The place look fabulous in there its nice and spaced out and nice and sunny.
Enjoyed a lovely coffee and cake at the Pauso Cafe in Dunelm. Friendly staff, clean environment and free WiFi.
