Good place to shop for home furnishings. The store was busy with customers. Did not purchase anything on this visit will definetely be back.
Plenty of good offers in the half price sale. Store was full of stock but kept tidy.nBedding, carpets, curtains, crockery etc this store has the lot. We used click & colect, very good service
Nice clean environment. Pricces not bad. But difficult to get too if your not driving.
Ordered bath towels online. They changed the invoice to guest towels without notifying me at all. Told customer support and they acknowledged they mistake and said they would replace when stock comes in. Waited over a wekk with no updates and now I had follow up to be told they won't honour the order and I can keep the guest towels or return them for a refund. They refuse to fulfill my order. Shame on you Dunelm. You have lost a long time and loyal customer. Never Shopping from them again.
Dunelm is soooo good. Love the customer, no quibbles refunds. Great ideas and choice. Different stores have more or less of certain ranges so good to be aware of this. I wish they had more stores! Nice to go and browse and have a bite to eat too.
