Made to measure curtains ordered beginning January 24. Fitted beginning February 24 with defects in the stitching and alignment of the patters at the seems. Curtains were recollected by Dunelm in mid-Feb and after much delay were due to be re-fitted today. Confirmation received last month and again 1 week ago, yet no one has shown up. This company has been holding my money over £800 for 5 months and not so much as an apology or discount for the shocking service. On top of that they haven’t even show up when they say they would, forcing us to change plans and child care routines for nothing. Unfortunately you are advised on Dunelms website to call the store directly for issues with made-to-measure orders, except the store will NEVER pick up. I guess I am going to have to go there on the weekend and take time out of my schedule to ask what’s going on. This store is an absolute disgrace.nnFurthermore, if you have any mobility issues or a push chair, don’t bother visiting. You won’t be able to go upstairs because their lifts are constantly out of order. It was an absolutely joy for me to carry my child’s push chair both up and down their stairs the last time I was there.
I wanted to Exchange a faulty phone charging cable unfortunately I did not receive the receipt via email and the lady on the tills was extremely rude and unhelpful. I would encourage anyone who reads this review to request a paper receipt.
Terrible retail experience. The shop is a state and the staff, when you can find someone, are incredibly rude.nThe queue for the till was extremely long with one checkout assistant - I then had to wait a further 15 minutes for someone to bring my C&C order.nClearly they're focused on maximising profit margin and not customer satisfaction.
Did click & collect here for half price back support pillow only £12.50. Very quick and easy highly recommend only short wait for cashier. Friendly helpful staff got black bag for pillow as was chucking it down. Excellent customer service
went to the store in a midweek evening. The queue for the tills was nearly enough to make me drop everything and walk out. the staff on the tills all seemed to be dealing with either refunds or online orders, which then meant us waiting to pay for actual items in our hands were left waiting, i reckon for easily 20 minutes. they need a better arrangement here, ideally separate tills for online orders and refunds.
