We were very nervous as never having to go through this process before but Pierce was very approachable, well spoken and used language we both could understand. He was punctual for all the viewings and had the time to answer our questions even though he works to a tight schedule. We would happily recommend your firm , the same applies to all your staff we met. Even answering the phone they came across as being friendly and patient. Pierce and the team were brilliant with the sale process. They had great local knowledge and experience in the area. Great communication and always kept informed of what was going on. Above all made a very difficult and stressful process much smoother. Highly recommend

Our moving experience was made considerably easier by Nick, Judy and the team. We chose Duncan Yeardley to sell our house as we had bought the property through them around 5 years ago and had a very positive experience with them then. This time when selling, we used Duncan Yeardley as our sole agents throughout the entire process. This is predominantly due to the fact that the people are an absolute pleasure to deal with; Real, honest people, who understand the emotions and burden of this process. Having spoken to or had conversations with the majority of the team I would say they are all very genuine individuals who care deeply about what they do and their clients. We have found other agencies in the past to be very immature and flippant in comparison. For anyone looking to buy a house in Bracknell, particularly in the Forest Park and Crown Wood area – Go to Duncan Yeardley! They are the experts in this area and know the market very well, you will not be disappointed. They go above and beyond what is required of them, and gave us fantastic advice on our onward purchase too.

Pierce helped my Mother with the purchase of her new home. He had the welcomed balance of being an absolute professional while keeping a very ‘human’, friendly and accommodating approach. He made us feel as though nothing was too much trouble and kept us updated with every detail of the process, an excellent service.

I dealt with Pierce for purchase and then Caroline in Lettings and even got to meet Nick the Director - all of whom are very attentive and helpful .
