Disgusted with the whole experience of booking my first full service and MOT since buying the vehicle 12 months ago. My original booking was changed due to no courtesy car being available and rearranged for my car to be collected from my work place inconveniencing me to get home from work with no car and to collect two children from school which I agreed to as again no courtesy car available yet it needed to be done before going away over Easter. Having received a phone call from Maria late afternoon who was very abrupt with no customer service manners informed me that it had failed the MOT and was going to cost me additional £800 for replacement of suspension arms and the vehicle was 2 days out of warranty! completely horrified, to be told the part was not available until the following Wednesday, at which I explained to her that I have a family Easter holiday booked for Sunday towing our caravan. She advised this was not possible as the car had no MOT, and if there was a courtesy car available it would only be a small car. I asked to speak to Dave the manager as clearly, I was upset. Interestingly I received a call from Dave to be told they had reassessed the MOT and that it had now passed with advisory! That he assured me my car was fit to drive. I feel angry and confused and disappointed. So was I being ripped off? upon completion of the service and MOT, payment was made and arrangements made for my car to be delivered to my home address. Yet 2 hours and 20 minutes later my car still had not arrived back and I was due to start work within 40 minutes having to drop my son at my parents on the way. Stressed and in a panic I made another call to find that my vehicle had been returned and left at my workplace where I needed to be! leaving me stranded at home without a vehicle. What a joke.... My parents came to collect me and my son to take me to work. I feel exhausted,upset and totally let down by this so called professional company and have lost all confidence in returning to them in the future.

big thank you to dudley motor company for excellent customer service having purchased my vehicle from them just over 2 years ago i have always taken it back for my service and any repairs needed from booking in with a polite lady maria everything was explained clearly from start to finish can not fault the company in anyway

Bought a used car and had alot of problems,dave was excellent and helped as much as he could then spoke to rob who was great to who offered to change car,always gave me a car if they had mine can't fault them.
