I frequently visit this Chinese restaurant during my lunch breaks due to its convenient location and delicious food. I often meet clients here for business lunches as well. The food is good, the restaurant itself is nice , clean and comfortable, staff, particularly the ladies, are very welcoming, pleasant. However, there is a male staff member who consistently behaves in an unpleasant manner, he has never once greeted me warmly or responded to any pleasantries shown him . He speaks very good English BTW. jToday, I called ahead to place an order as I was in a rush, and unfortunately, this same gentleman was rude to me over the phone. As a result, I have decided that I will not be returning to this establishment as I prefer to support businesses that value and appreciate my patronage.
I had a good lunch in this restaurant. Took duck and boiled rice, it was very good. We took also some small pork bbq ribs and I couldn’t say the same because there was no meat, it was only bones. Maybe the service has to be improved, the restaurant wasn’t that full, the menu was rich of dishes so I had to take my time to choose but the waiter came two times by me to ask If we were ready to order. Next time I suggest to be more patient. Globally, I can say it’s a good restaurant

This was really nice. I was only one person so had to limit what I ordered and I also wanted something light. Even looking around, all food looked delicious. Nice restaurant. Big and spacious. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Attentive. Clean. Busy on a Saturday evening. I had the Satay King Prawn on Skewers three in a portion and the Hot & Sour Soup with King Prawn. Both were very good. Well presented and tasty. The menu is huge and filled with Chinese classics. You can spend a while just paging through the menu! Reasonably priced given the area. Food comes out quite quickly after ordering. Would recommend.
Food was high quality and delicious. It wasn't greasy and also not too salty, actually almost a little on the plain side which is better for health. Staff was quick and friendly. Also enjoyed the large room and the decor. Price was on the steep side but the quality of food made it worthwhile.Food: 5/5
Honestly so terrible, it was my first time visiting I went to celebrate my birthday, it seemed okay when we first walked in but they took pretty long to take our order even though there wasn't that many people there and most importantly I received the wrong dish, I ordered the crispy seafood noodles, there was an option to have it soft but I opted for crispy and made it pretty clear for the waitress double checking after my order but I received the soft noodles and after asking the male server about it he insisted that it was crispy noodles, not soft with no sorry or explanation, obviously he was blatantly lying as it is a dish I often order at various restaurants and could clearly tell it was not crispy at all. Frankly, it ruined my mood and birthday dinner. The food is quite overpriced, £9.80 for 4 pieces of dumplings and the other dishes my family ordered were not that great, below average cantonese food, I'd say you're better off going to Wing Yip to eat. Steer clear super disappointing!

Good restaurants to stop by. But we had a dish with a hair. Manager confirmed the hair but we have been charged for the dish, how can be? So I've not pay for the service charge which was 12.5% of the total bill. Still made our family lunch not so pleasant.Food: 3/5
Very good place for Asian food. Food: Very good and authentic asian food. Service: Friendly no fuzz service. Ambiance: Very nice Asian ambiance with many Asian guests a very good sign Price: Okay prices considering the quality of the food. Recommended dishes: We absolutely lobed the crispy shredded duck and the sweet and sour chicken. Conclusion: We enjoyed out visit and we'll be happy to come back.
The experience here was okay. Had heard about the crispy duck, so gave this place a try. The service was bad. Waitress was not friendly. We went with a 3 year old and the waitress was quite rude. Food was okay. We had requested for shrimps in schezwan sauce we got some other dish. We felt uncomfortable at the place the way the waitress treated us. Definitely not a kid friendly place.
