The team at Ducane did the most fabulous job cleaning my wedding dress. It was a big dress with lots of layers, glitter, beading and lace, and it definitely did get mucky on the day trailing all over the floor! I am so pleased with the results, would highly recommend!

CLOTHES WERE NOT CLEANED! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! We Dropped off a bag of clothes while visiting Richmond. Went to picked them up and the clothes were exactly the way they were when we dropped off. Not cleaned, not folded, still stained. It was If they did not even touch them. They told me the makeup on my shirt wouldn't come out because I didn’t select dry cleaning and opted for a wash and fold. The clothes were not cleaned, nor folded and guess what, I went home and manually cleaned my shirt and the makeup came out very easily. Because we were visiting, doing laundry was difficult so choosing to do dry cleaning seemed like the best option. They wouldn’t refund us our full amount. Originally wanted to charge us 90 euros. Settled on 50 and only refunded us 20. Used the 20 to buy our own laundry detergent and cleaned the clothes that we just paid to have cleaned. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
I was very happy with the alteration service I got for my lace body fitting wedding dress. I was in panic because I realized it was lose just 2 weeks before the wedding. They were very professional, kind and considerate. I can not recommend them enough. Thank you so much.
Today, I got service my trouser from Deucane Dry Cleaning service to get it altered but when I received it, it was the best alteration, the size was accurate and the price was very reasonable and the quality was excellent. I got a friendly atmosphere there. It's highly recommended to everyone to get best quality service then contact them. Thank you.
I go to this dry cleaners very frequently and they are very reliable and always make my clothes look brand new. Their prices are also very reasonable. I’ve done tailoring and alterations a few times and they have never disappointed me.
Prices charged do not match what’s on the website. Is 50 pounds for dry cleaning a cropped work blazer, and a wool knee-length coat reasonable?
Ducane, have helped our family with a number of tailoring jobs from trouser alterations to emergency school uniform repairs. The work is fantastic and they will always try to finish the job within the specified timeframe. So good to have them locally.
I have been using Ducane for a couple of years now. Always had a great service and result from them, whether minor alterations or major ones. Always completed on time and always good pricing!
Very good and urgent service. People are very friendly and efficient. I often use there services which 10 on 10. I am very happy with them. Carpet cleaning and curtains cleaning etc. is just too good.
