Excellent laundromat! Our hotel nearby recommended it and told us someone would be working there until 3pm to exchange coins and sell detergent. Sure enough a very nice woman was there who broke two £10 bills without issue and sold us a Tide pod for £1. We were able to use a medium sized washer for a week of clothing for £6. The dryer was £1 for 7 minutes. We used medium heat but probably should have used high because after 28 minutes some pants were still damp at the waist. Otherwise the clothes came out great! We were able to sit inside and wait the whole time. Very clean and very reliable!
Have £1 coins ready. No attendant was on working so I had trouble finding enough coins to start my laundry. Shop is clean with nice washers and dryers.
My second time using this laundrette during trips to London. Very nice facility with chairs, and the attendant is very helpful! Prices were reasonable and I was happy with this place!
Absolute lifesaver! There were a few laundromats closer but none of them had attendents or had coin machines so we couldn’t use them. The person working is incredibly friendly and incredibly helpful. She was able to exchange bills for coins, and the place was being cleaned often. The machines are big and the prices are competitive with the other laundromats we stopped by but couldn’t use. I’m so thankful for finding this place while staying in London!
Disgusting place, rude staff and malfunctioning machines… it’s like a SCAM Went one day and use a dryer, put 3 pounds and went I check the clothes were wet. Explained to the lady and said she will have to check CCTV, arguing that I put one pound. The following day another dryer. 20 minutes later the same story… the lady said that the clothes half load push the door and was a bit open so even if the dryer was spinning with a flame inside, it was not heat. Apparently I should put my hand in the dryer door and check regularly if the machine works of not. Disgusting attitude, rude and definitely is not about the money, it is about the time waste. When I said that I was leaving the lady came and put 2 pounds in the dryer and said: “your money from yesterday”, without even ask. I will report as a scam.
Total spent around £20. To wash quite a big bag of clothes. The young guy were friendly & helpful. He help us with operating the machine actually is pretty easy to use too if there is no one to help. Insert coins & start automatically for washing. Dryer just insert coin choose the level of heat u want & press start. He offered to help us keep our bags while we go for coffee. I will recommend to come here for your laudry needs. We came at 9am fyi. The shop operating hours is 8.30am to 8.30pm.
I came on a Sunday and did laundry. It was quite the enjoyable experience. It was not busy at all. £6 to wash a load. Then you will have clean clothes at your finger tips. Don't forget to dry them!
Paid a man £30 to put my clothes in the washing machine & then drier. He clearly forgot to use washing liquid as none of my clothes were actually clean. They came back still smelling dirty & with marks still on them. Not worth it & now I have to Re wash. Way too expensive. Just do it yourself. Absolutely rip off & wish I got a refund.
It does what it say on the tin. Wash £6 for the medium drum, £8 for the extra large. Then £1 for 7 minutes of worth of drying. 3 tumble dryers were out of order. However, there were three available for the public. And the premise is kept clean.
Great and affordable place to laundry near the hotel we stayed. Went there twice. The staff is very nice and helpful on how to operate the machines, gave me change and provide the detergent, which I truly appreciated it. 100% recommended
