OBNOXIOUSLY RUDE &ARROGANT SHOPKEEPER The shopkeeperA lady with white hair is extremely obnoxious and rude to the customers. On my way back I remembered that I forgot to tell the tailor something and so I called the store again to convey my message. This lady picked up the phone & started yelling “why have you called Why did you not tell the tailor earlier… you can come and take your stuff back and we will not be doing it for you ”. I was flabbergasted as I have never seen a shopkeeper with temper issues in London. I went back to the store to collect my stuff and asked her what’s wrong, to which she said why are you calling. I was shocked & I told her that I’m paying you for a service & I want to ensure that it’s done perfectly the way I want it and if you don’t want customers to call you then you should put a board outside your store saying the same. She was not willing to concede and was arrogant, contemptuous and disrespectful. She was not ready to reason with logic and just went to the back side. Honestly I have never come across someone so mean like her in 25 years. I would not suggest any sane person to go there for any kind of service!!
Amazing dry cleaning. Always a great service and good value for money. I drive 20mins to have my clothes cleaned here.
Poor service. Arrogant old white lady that thinks she’s Muslim. Called 2HR Smart Clean. If you go in at 11am they tell you your garments won’t be ready until tomorrow. Maybe call your shop 24HR Smart Clean!
I have been using them for the last 2.5 years and never had an issue. Their cleaning service is very good and they make sure they attend to any marks on the clothes that you show. I find their tailoring good as well for common alterations - they must be doing something right as their tailor is always booked. Recently they are also making investments towards greener cleaning technologies in their back office so they are getting thumbs up for doing their part for the environment too. Overall satisfied customer; I will be coming back as long as I live in the area.
I have encountered 3 different members of staff who were all very friendly and polite. Shirts and trousers came back perfect and chemical free. 5 shirts or trousers mix n match for £10 is amazing value. Will make this my permanent dry cleaners.
I went here to get one of my friend’s saree’s cleaned and they did a great job. It was very efficient service. Nothing to complain about. Gave me a ticket, I came back in a few days to pick it up and it was nicely placed in a clear plastic bag all cleaned.
Not the greatest of experiences with these guys. While on occasion there has been some grumpy customer service which I can tolerate - we all have bad days what really got me was the fact that on two occasions their drying cleaning "machine" ripped two pairs of my trousers. On both occasions they didn't mention it and left me to find out on my own days later when wearing my suits. The first occasion I actually thought I had done it myself and PAID them to do a repair which turned out awfully and since you can't buy the suit trousers anymore, I've had to replace the whole suit with a new one. On the second occasion it was a brand new suit and I'll give them their due they did fix it quickly albeit not quite being the same as before the damage. What was funny was apology where I was told "Normally when we find things ripped or damaged, we repair it before handing it back, sorry we missed it.." So beware, if you think your clothes fit differently after getting them cleaned here, you might not be imagining it!
