I had a leak on my roof that needed urgent repairs. I contacted many different roofing companies within the local area and none were available at the appointed time to assist me. I contacted DSY and Mr Sweeney called me back immediately. He was out within the hour to check my leak. After investigating to see where the leak was, Mr Sweeney made me aware that he would be able to fix it. We agreed on what I would describe as a very fair price considering the estimates that other contractors had provided me. The leak was fixed that day by his excellent team of tradesmen. It was fast, efficient, cost effective and I would highly recommend Mr Sweeney and his tradesmen. Further work has already been carried out with relatives and friends in my local area.

DSY are currently re-roofing my house in Alloa. Having discovered a leak on New Years Day, I phoned David (the owner) and he came out to assess the situation the very next day (regardless of the fact it was January 2nd and he should've probably been on holiday!). My roof was in its original state (140 years old) and, after a thorough assessment, we agreed that re-roofing was the best and most cost effective solution. David and his team are excellent tradesmen. They arrive on time, they work solidly (albeit this is impossible in snow / heavy rain) and are always polite and communicative. David is very clear about talking me through progress and has made me feel very much at ease and confident in the abilities of DSY. I'll write a further review once the job is complete but, based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend them.

Having seen the quality of work done by DSY Contractors in my neighbourhood, I got them to re-slate my roof and then to attend to the brickwork and gable of my house. I have been delighted by the high standard of workmanship and excellent attention David and his employees have given me.
