My friends have recently had a shocking experience with this builder which has left them with no new house, their own house to sell and many months wasted thinking they were going to be in their new home for Christmas. It seems to me a case of this builder offering part exchange and keeping them hanging in case another buyer without part exchange comes along?? So they have just discovered their dream home has been sold from under them and are shattered? The integrity of this company is extremely questionable and even without part exchange it raises issues on how far they can be trusted in general terms? I am sure ribbon homes will claim this is mere speculation but without answers, explanations and by blocking people on facebook, they can expect little else. A home is a life to a family, its not legal jargon, missives or a business deal. By selling their home they have snatched away a life this couple and their children were so looking forward to and have left them LESS than back to square one having devoted so much time and energy to something that was never going to happen. NOT GOOD
