I Had a faulty Alpha boiler @ 8:30 Am on a cold saturday morning, ...cold, angry wife & toddler. It was fixed & working again with a brand new Alpha specific Fan within 2 hours & reasonable price too, in fact it was a bargain considering the convenience. Now I have a warm & very happy wife & toddler not to mention me! Great service. Thank you Aspect.

Not a great experience and wouldn't use again. The boiler repair was fine, but when I called Aspect, the woman I got on the phone, Mrs. Muir, seemed to have no clue, telling me that my tenant hadn't told her what was wrong with the boiler. Of course not, my tenant is not a heating engineer! That's why we contacted what we thought was a professional boiler repair firm. Aspect also overstepped the mark by installing a hard-wired carbon monoxide detector in my property without consulting me first and even though the house already has one! They claimed the detector was obligatory for rented properties which it was, but from 1st December 2015, though this was only October 2015. Finally they agreed not to bill me for the cost of the carbon monoxide detector. Despite me spelling out my email address several times on the call, Mrs. Muir still managed to make a mistake, and wasn't able to contact me by email. Possibly the engineer's work was fine, but the office contact just beggars belief. Disorganised chaos!
