Would not recommend going here at all! I bought my partner some Armani trainers online and when they arrived they had a few marks on the front so we went to Trafford centre footasylum to exchange them, however they didn't have them in stock but kindly rang the Drome store in Manchester and they confirmed they had a pair in so they said they will keep them behind the till for us to collect them, when we arrived at the Drome store and the shoes had gone missing and they didn't have anymore pairs in the correct size, the only thing they could do is refund them which we wasn't too happy with as we wanted another pair however we are agreed, then we was told we couldn't get a refund due to ordering them online so we would have to send them back and get another pair sent to us. Absolute waste of time.
large shopping center, toilets almost always clean. in this period, however, the various shops always close too early. the exchange in the center is very useful, it is located on the second floor and offers excellent exchange rates.
Ordered a Versace belt which was apparently ‘in stock’ yesterday, today I received an email from footasylum yes footasylum saying the item I have ordered is out of stock. So if it’s out of stock why would it be able to be ordered :- Update your website.
Ordered an item which didn't turn up, no communication regarding this and a very poor service. I wouldn't bother ordering anything online with them and hopefully at some point I'll get my money back!
Staff very rude....wrongly priced garment that was under what the original price was ....I had a shouting match with the very rude girl behind the counter ..until the grumpy manager intervened and reluctantly sold me the item that they had priced wrong.....won't go back in that shop
I went into Drome for the first time yesterday to swop my coat staff was really polite and helped with everything I needed and i left smiling
Great quality designer clothing and trainers at great prices love it staff are really attentive
Visited here a few times in one day, staff very helpful
Nice mens designer wear and good prices well recomended to go
Went in the head staff were talking to the staff like they were dirt so I got what I needed and went and I will not be returning
