Really enjoyed our dinner at the Dreel. The staff were friendly, and the young man serving us in particular was very attentive, offering us water as soon as we were seated. The beer selection was limited, as was the menu but it's a small pub and they seem to be going for a few items but done well and they've succeeded. We had the haddock and burgers, with dark chocolate ice cream and a sticky toffee pudding which was absolutely delicious. We would definitely return, thank you for a lovely evening.

Had a table for 10 people booked well in advance. Told them that one of our party had a food allergy but they were not prepared. Then they left us with the menu for 20 minutes and only when we eventually ordered were we told that quite a few things were no longer available so people had to choose again. One of our party was served with cold food and sent it back - it was no better when it returned This was the third time I had eaten there since the new management took over and each time was poor. The service is awful and the food takes an age to come out of the kitchen - even my burger which was not only over cooked but stone cold - will not be eating here again!. Shame because it is a lovely place but not welcoming for drinks only.

Really nice place. Had my lunch here. A soup and a sandwich and my fave, sticky pudding. All great. I've asked for still water and they brought a bottle with cucumbers which was lovely. Had to pay for my lunch 13.30£, had a coffee also and had the water for free. Next time I'll try the halloumi dish as wasn't available.

Had a great night celebrating birthdays staff were excellent and the food was of a very high standard. Will be back.
