When we entered the store we was greeted by a trainee who asked how she could help. She was very helpful and managed to find answers to all our questions. However I feel that other members of staff could have supported her better. In my opinion a full trained member of staff could have walked round with us to support her when she need assistance. We purchased everything we needed so that was good. The person who put our order through was a bit pushy with trying to sell the insurance but other than that it was a good visit

Came in today and spoke to a lovely man think it was Lee but not sure, he was extremely helpful and helped me with mattresses. Although I did not purchase one as to expensive, he was very sweet and listened to me and offered me advice and really helped me just by listening and understanding my situation. He is a great member of staff. just wanted to say thank you
